Surfactant for phenolic resin foaming
Phenolic foam resin is a new type of environmental friendly surfactant, non-toxic, non corrosive, easy to biodegradation. With good interface trend and reducing the surface tension of liquid resin, emulsification of raw materials with different hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity is made into homogeneous system. The components are fully contacted and mixed evenly, so that various reactions can be carried out in a more balanced manner, thus accelerating the reaction process, shortening curing time, and ensuring uniform micro porous structure and stable obturator rate. The foam wall of the foam is ductile and avoids the occurrence of cracks on the wall, thus improving the adiabatic performance of the foam and reducing its moisture permeability.
